Shipping Policy

Orders requesting regular shipping are shipped within 2 business days. Residential shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipments are made Monday thru Friday.

Return Policy

We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase from Fashions By The HallTree. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Tami’s Fashions and Fashions By The HallTree return is stated below:

The merchandise may be mailed back to us within 7 days, or returned to our store location within 7 days located in Urbandale, Iowa. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items cannot be returned. All returns must be accompanied with the receipt. Returns may be exchanged or store credit may be given. No refunds. No returns allowed on Sale items.
